Chapel Music Director at Ladgov Corporation – Humphreys, Missouri

Location: Camp Humphreys, Korea

Position: Part-time

• Lead musical accompaniment for the Common Ground Protestant Worship Services, including weekly Sunday services, special services, and rehearsals.
• Conduct and lead the choir, praise team, and congregation in worship through both vocal and instrumental music (e.g., guitar or keyboard).
• Organize and conduct weekly rehearsals with the band and praise team.
• Select and coordinate music for services, including warm-ups, preludes, postludes, offertories, and congregational hymns.
• Ensure proper use and care of chapel facilities and equipment.

• A minimum of four years of formal education or training as an Undergraduate Music Director Performance Major.
• At least three years of relevant experience in directing choirs and leading worship services within the last ten years.
• Ability to lead an orchestra, praise team, and congregation both vocally and instrumentally.
• Proficient in English (spoken, read, and written).
• Professional and well-groomed appearance during services.
