Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Leasing Agent to join us at The Flats of Chambersburg. A PA State Real Estate License is preferred but not required. If you don't have one, we will pay for you to get one! Rate: Based on experience; potential for commission with a valid PA Real Estate License.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Role and Responsibilities:

• Show and leas apartments to interested parties.
• Run tenant applications.
• Assist with rent collection.
• Daily customer service with our tenants - work order requests, communications, etc.
• Various data entry.

• Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is required.
• PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Willing to travel as needed to sites within Chambersburg/Shippensburg.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable and insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
