What You'll Do:

• Maintain & repair HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration)
• Diagnose & troubleshoot issues with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment in top shape
• Respond to service requests & emergencies efficiently and professionally
• Work with vendors & contractors for specialized repairs and installations
• General upkeep – painting, minor repairs, groundskeeping, and more
• Track work orders using a company-provided tablet

What We're Looking For:

• HVAC certification required (EPA 608 preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in general maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience a plus)
• Valid driver's license & proof of insurance
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various conditions

Bonus Qualifications (Preferred but not required):
