What You'll Do:
- Maintain & repair HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration)
- Diagnose & troubleshoot issues with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment in top shape
- Respond to service requests & emergencies efficiently and professionally
- Work with vendors & contractors for specialized repairs and installations
- General upkeep – painting, minor repairs, groundskeeping, and more
- Track work orders using a company-provided tablet
What We're Looking For:
- HVAC certification required (EPA 608 preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in general maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience a plus)
- Valid driver's license & proof of insurance
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various conditions
Bonus Qualifications (Preferred but not required):
