Job Title: Maintenance Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the resort facilities, providing a safe and pleasant environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.

- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance issues.

- Assist in the setup and maintenance of outdoor areas, including landscaping and pool maintenance.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.

- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair techniques.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
