The Medical Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience using an Electronic Health Record system.
  • Proficient computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with health insurance preauthorization
  • Experience in customer service or patient relations.

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the calendar to optimize the flow of patients.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring that all necessary materials and resources are readily available.
