About the Role:

As a Quality Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying defects, and implementing corrective actions to prevent defects from recurring. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Certification in quality control or related field
• Experience with statistical process control
• Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of products and processes to identify defects
