Job Description

Position Description: INTERGRATION PROJECT SPECIALIST will manage and coordinate the integration of new clients, software, and processes across various departments and external partners. You will act as a bridge between our clients and stakeholders within the company to ensure seamless project execution, on-time delivery, and alignment with organizational goals. This position is fulltime, in-person. Position Responsibilities: 100.00% - Project Management:
Plan, execute, and oversee client integration projects from inception to completion
Develop project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring adherence to deadlines
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track

Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sales, operations, and external vendors, to define integration requirements and objectives
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, workflows, and user guides
Prepare and present project status updates and reports to client stakeholders

Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging integration technologies

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: INTEGRATION PROJECT SPECIALIST -


Bachelors degree and two or more years of customer service experience

PEO/HR/Benefits/Payroll/Project Management experience a plus


Project Management Skills:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, sales, business stakeholders, and external vendors

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues
Interpersonal Skills:
Team player with the ability to work independently
Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills

Other Requirements:
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment
