As a Make Ready Technician, you will be a very integral part of the maintenance process, ensuring all homes are properly made ready for new residents. Your skills in plumbing, electrical, and paint and the ability to juggle a busy environment must be top notch.

Job Description:
-Inspect vacant apartments upon move-out and complete trash out within 48 hours.
-Complete make-ready checklist and perform duties to make home move-in ready.
-Ensure that all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on
schedule.
-Examples of some items that could require attention, but not limited to: repair windows, replace key locks, paint touchups.
-Checks all appliances for functionality and make any necessary repairs.
-Checks faucets, sink plugs, and repairs/replace as necessary.
-Paint and repair walls, doors, ceiling, and other internal and external objects.
-Repairs plaster holes in walls paint as necessary.
-Changes A/C filters
-Diagnose any problems and make minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and
appliances.
-Helps maintains grounds every morning split with the rest of the team.
-Delivers notices to apartments when assistance is needed.
-Assists maintenance team with other duties when needed.
-Overtime may be required from time to time.
- HVAC Certified recommended

Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of experience with multifamily maintenance
-Certifications are a plus
