How you will make an impact:

The Director of Nursing (DON) manages all functions within the Nursing Department including resident cares, nursing staff and training. The Director of Nursing promotes nursing services that help residents maintain integrity, self-esteem and identity. The DON has frequent contact with various members of all Grand Meadow Senior Living Departments. The DON also has frequent contact with residents and family, and various members of the medical community, those providing care to the resident, and professional colleagues. The DON oversees all nursing staff.

Schedule Varys: This is a full-time, day shift position with flexibility needed to be able to meet facility needs. Weekends and Holidays are not required!

What you will need:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Minnesota
• A solid understanding of federal and state regulations and guidelines affecting nursing home care is preferred.
