How you will make an impact:

As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will enhance patient care quality by implementing effective nursing protocols and ensuring compliance with health regulations, which improves overall resident outcomes. By fostering a collaborative environment among staff, you will promote teamwork and continuous education, leading to higher job satisfaction and better service delivery. Additionally, you will optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency within the facility.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
• on-call rotation

What you will need:

• Active RN License in the state of Minnesota
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities is preferred, but not required
• Former experience in a leadership role is preferred, but not required
