Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at Breckenridge Village Apartments. This position will provide administrative support to the Community Director and great customer service. Must be able to multi-task and have strong computer skills. Prefer a bilingual candidate. This is a part-time position of 20-25 hours per week, M-F. Role and Responsibilities:

  • Data entry.
  • Assist with customer service.
  • Take tenant work orders.
  • Send verifications for resident recertifications.
  • Maintain resident files.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
