Position Information
This is a two year initial appointment with the possibility for renewal pending business need, available funding, and performance.Under the strategic direction of the Executive Director Holistic Health and Wellness and under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Administrative Operations, the Project Business Analyst & Epic Implementation Coordinator serves as a vital operational bridge between the clinical and administrative staff at Student Health Services and Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), and the central technical IT teams. The incumbent will focus on the core phases of the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation, specifically bounding all deliverables to the unique workflows, automated systems design, and clinical processes of student wellness operations. They will assists in defining basic system scopes, mapping current and future-state workflows, and authoring basic RFPs for ancillary clinic technology.The full salary range for the Project Business Analyst & Epic Implementation Coordinator is $53,100 - $89,700 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $60,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements.
