As our Business Development Representative (Legal), you'll serve as the primary liaison between Complete Care, referring attorneys, chiropractors, and patients. You'll build trusted relationships, coordinate medically and financially managed cases, and ensure seamless communication between all parties while supporting exceptional patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring attorneys, chiropractors, and strategic legal partners.
  • Coordinate medically and financially managed patient cases, including treatment scheduling, authorizations, and case updates.
  • Monitor case progress, resolve issues proactively, and communicate with legal partners throughout the patient's course of care.
  • Collaborate with clinic teams to ensure exceptional service, regulatory compliance, and outstanding patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years of business development, legal case management, healthcare account management, or client relationship experience.
  • Knowledge of personal injury case management, medical billing, liens, settlements, and treatment coordination.
  • Experience working with EMR systems, CRM software, and legal documentation.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and multidisciplinary patient care is preferred.

  • Efficient coordination of patient cases from referral through treatment completion.
  • Timely communication and resolution of medical and financial case issues.
