The Emergency Department Greeter enhances the positive image of Randolph Hospital by making a lasting impression of great customer service to our patients, their families and significant others. Works in an efficient manner to obtain the basic information to pre-register patients.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred. Excellent communication skills required. Excellent customer service skills required. Basic computer skills required.

Previous clerical experience preferred. Experience in healthcare setting preferred.
