Water Restoration Technician


Full-Time | $18.00/hour
Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:30/5:00 PM, with overtime and weekends as needed

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Water Restoration Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, physical position working in homes and businesses to remove water, set up professional drying equipment, remove damaged materials, and help prevent further property damage.

No restoration experience is required! If you have experience in construction, landscaping, moving, warehouse work, maintenance, installation, or another hands-on/labor-intensive role, we encourage you to apply. We provide paid training.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $18.00 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Water Restoration Technician, you will respond to homes and businesses affected by water damage and work alongside our team to help customers get their properties back to normal.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform water extraction, mitigation, and structural drying
  • Set up, monitor, and remove professional drying equipment
  • Perform demolition and removal of water-damaged materials when necessary
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized restoration equipment
  • Move equipment and materials throughout job sites
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers
  • Work alongside technicians and managers to complete projects efficiently
  • Follow established company procedures and safety guidelines
  • Deliver exceptional service during what can be a stressful time for our customers
What We're Looking For

You don't need previous restoration experience to be successful in this role. We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, customer-focused, and comfortable performing physical, hands-on work.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Previous experience in a hands-on or labor-intensive role
  • Ability to perform the physical duties associated with restoration work
  • Comfortable using or learning to use hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Professional and respectful when working inside customers' homes and businesses
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and some holidays as needed
  • Must successfully complete required pre-employment background check and drug screening
Schedule

This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of:

Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–4:30/5:00 PM

Power Dry provides emergency restoration services, so overtime, weekend, and holiday availability may be required as needed.
