Job Title: Residential Landscape Architect / Designer
Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (Walnut Hill Landscape Company Headquarters)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Residential Landscape Architect or Designer with a strong background in high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of plant materials and a passion for creating elegant, functional, and sustainable outdoor environments. You will work closely with our design/build and maintenance teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and beautiful landscapes that stand the test of time.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design efforts for high-end residential landscape projects from concept through completion
Develop detailed planting plans and select appropriate plant materials suited to client needs and site conditions
Collaborate with sales, project managers, and installation crews to ensure design intent is executed flawlessly
Present design concepts and proposals to clients with professionalism and clarity
Stay current on industry trends, plant materials, and sustainable design practices
Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and client experience
Qualifications:
Proven experience designing high-end residential landscapes
Strong expertise in plant materials, horticulture, and sustainable landscape design
Proficiency with design software (Vectorworks, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Excellent communication and client presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Degree or certification in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or related field preferred
