About the role

MODLOGIQ is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team in our New Holland PA plant to oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with plans, codes, and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure work progresses according to schedule and plans
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, labor crews, and site staff
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
• Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Monitor quality control to ensure all work meets design requirements and industry standards
• Manage project schedules and resolve delays or site issues proactively
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and inspections
• Track materials, equipment, and site logistics to maintain productivity
• Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to project managers and clients
• Occasional travel to job sites to inspect on-site conditions and supervise company owned scopes

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of methods of construction, procedures, practices, materials, equipment, tools, precautions, and safety
• Minimum 2-years work experience related to the Company’s products and services
• Minimum 5-years’ experience in the building construction industry with some supervision experience helpful
• Minimum High School graduate with strong math skills; with some college preferred
