Now we're looking for an ambitious, creative, and results-driven Vice President of Marketing & Growth to lead our next chapter.

Why This Role Matters

This isn't a traditional marketing position.

You'll serve as the executive leader responsible for expanding AB Spectrum's impact by increasing community awareness, strengthening referral partnerships, growing client enrollment, and building a best-in-class marketing and communications strategy.

Every campaign you launch and every partnership you build helps more children and families access life-changing services.


What You'll Do

Lead Organizational Growth:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and growth initiatives.
  • Drive census growth, referral growth, and brand awareness across multiple clinic locations.
  • Forecast enrollment and support expansion into new markets.
  • Establish KPIs and measure marketing performance through data and analytics.
Elevate the AB Spectrum Brand:
  • Champion and protect the AB Spectrum and ReggioABA™ brands.
  • Oversee public relations, executive communications, and media outreach.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all digital and print platforms.
Drive Digital Marketing:
  • Lead SEO, website optimization, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Improve conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and automation tools.
Build Community Partnerships:
  • Strengthen relationships with physicians, schools, hospitals, universities, and community organizations.
  • Develop referral growth strategies and community outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate grand openings, networking events, and community engagement opportunities.
Lead a High-Performing Team:

You'll build and mentor a collaborative marketing department while managing:

  • Marketing & Communications

  • Website & SEO Vendors
  • Photographers & Videographers

What You BringRequired Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
  • Proven success leading multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and lead generation
  • Experience managing teams, agencies, and creative partners
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive decision-making
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another multi-location service organization preferred
  • Experience with physician outreach, referral development, and community partnerships preferred
  • Passion for innovation, growth, and mission-driven work
