$25–$30 per hour + uncapped commission opportunities

Essential Responsibilities
- Support leasing operations for properties across the portfolio, including providing coverage during staffing vacancies or periods of increased leasing activity.
- Respond promptly to prospective resident inquiries via phone, email, text, and online leasing platforms, and conduct proactive follow-up to convert leads into scheduled property tours.
- Qualify prospective residents, coordinate tours with Property Managers and onsite teams, and maintain communication throughout the leasing process.
- Maintain accurate leasing documentation and provide reports and updates to management as requested.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales, leasing.
- Previous multifamily leasing experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn property management software.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with property management software.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing principles.
- Strong telephone sales and follow-up skills.
- Experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound leads.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequent use of telephone and video conferencing.
- Ability to communicate effectively with prospective residents, onsite teams, and management throughout the workday.
