Job Description
Windham is looking to hire two Front of House Managers to join our team. This is a great opportunity to come on board during the summer, learn how we run our outlets, and be ready to go for the winter season.
We are luxury winter destination where hospitality is the core of our world. You could be working at either The Grill or the renowned Cin! Cin!, both fine dining outlets with their own style and pace. There is room to grow and find your place in either space.
This is an on-site role, and summer and fall season housing is available for the right candidate. If you are ready join us and fall in love with Windham we cant wait to meet you!
These roles will ideally start in July or August.
Pay 65,00 to 85,000 Per Year

Job Duties:
- Oversee all front-of-house restaurant operations
- Assist with hiring, training, and staff supervision
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and employee relations
- Ensure smooth, efficient daily service and guest satisfaction
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Maintain strong communication between FOH and BOH teams
- Monitor kitchen flow and help prevent service delays
- Lead with professionalism and strong leadership skills
- Support execution of special events
- Maintain knowledge of all Windham Mountain Club operations
Job Qualifications:
- 2+ years leadership experience in Front of House restaurant operations, preferably in an upscale dining environment
- 4+ years customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable interacting with staff and guests in a friendly and helpful manner
- Able to handle a stressful, noisy, and crowded work environment
- Innovative and open-minded about improving fine dining operations
- Must be able to independently evaluate situations and make quick decisions
- Proficient computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Must have or obtain TIPS certification prior to starting work
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours.
- Ability to stand and walk on uneven terrain, including snow and ice covered surfaces.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
- Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Work Schedule and Conditions: We are in the business of providing a premier product and experience for our guests. Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holiday periods which you will be expected to work. You can also expect to be asked to work extra hours or days on occasion, especially during the holiday periods.
