Brandshopper is seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Director to drive new customer acquisition, increase retention, and expand market opportunities. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing and business development strategies, leading multi-channel campaigns, and identifying new revenue opportunities. The Marketing Director will oversee digital marketing initiatives, leverage analytics and AI-driven marketing tools, optimize brand presence, and help develop and expand a print and catalog mailing strategy. A key responsibility of this role is driving new-to-file growth, analyzing results, and work with the merchandising team to ensure product assortments are optimized across channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce marketing as well as print prospecting, catalog production, data organization, and promotional planning. We are seeking a hands-on, analytical, and high-energy leader to join our fast-growing and entrepreneurial organization.
Requirements:- 5+ years of Marketing Leadership experience
- Experience in Big Commerce preferred
- Lead and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives across multiple channels
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, manage internal and external resources
- Support and help oversee the day-to-day efforts of the Marketing & Merch teams
- Assist in bringing marketing strategies to life in collaboration with the leadership team
- Development of KPIs to track campaign performance
- Strong understanding of digital, social media, and paid media strategies
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
