Affiliate Support Manager

Work Hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (remote work allowed at manager's discretion)

What You Will Do:
The Affiliate Support Manager supports OnHand GPO sales, operations, and account management functions by analyzing spend and operational data to identify and deliver data driven insights. They will provide recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders, working independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams to drive financial value through the OnHand GPO. OnHand is a group purchasing organization (GPO) collaboration between Texas Health Resources (THR) and Premier, Inc., currently serving a membership base of 5K affiliated healthcare facilities nationwide, including 270 acute hospitals, with $6B in combined annual spend.
Perform financial/operational analyses (pricing, rebates, administrative fees, distribution models) to identify GPO contract savings, compliance, and optimization opportunities.
Assist team in preparation and presentation of product, service, and equipment analyses to a wide range of stakeholders.
Drive GPO contract penetration and value delivery through savings analytics and presentations.
Interface with a wide range of stakeholders (clinical and nonclinical) to determine requirements for data, reports, analyses, training, data quality, and performance.
Track and analyze OnHand GPO Program value delivery for members including contract savings/return on investment (ROI) monitoring.
Track and analyze OnHand GPO performance including GPO administrative fee monitoring.
Create and maintain customer facing and internal dashboards tracking key performance metrics.
Partner with sales, sourcing, operations, and account management to support member recruitment, implementation, GPO operations, and contract portfolio optimization.
Maintain working knowledge of Premier, OnHand, THR, and competitor GPO contracts to provide accurate comparisons and recommendations.
Able to assist others with use of technology to support financial/operational analysis.
Communicate financial/operational/strategic insights persuasively across diverse audiences.
Manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
What You Need:
Education
Bachelor's Degree Pref
Experience
3 Years experience required in one or more of the following areas: healthcare supply chain, strategic sourcing, contracting, contract management, GPO operations, Medical-Surgical Distribution, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Project Management, Department Operations, or related field. Req
Experience in GPO operations, medical-surgical distribution, or healthcare supply chain analytics preferred Pref
Skills
Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency preferred
. Knowledge of healthcare products, categories, and services preferred
. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills preferred
. Highly organized, self-directed, and effective problem solver preferred
. Collaborative team player with a strong service orientation preferred
