Sales Director, LATAM

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Director, LATAM based in Brazil.

This role is focused on driving business growth and expanding market opportunities within the Latin American advertising ecosystem. You will lead sales initiatives by building strong relationships with agencies, brands, media buyers, and technology partners. The position combines strategic business development with consultative selling, helping clients unlock the value of innovative digital advertising solutions. You will educate customers on emerging opportunities, develop tailored proposals, and support long-term commercial partnerships. Working in a remote-first environment, you will collaborate with global teams while engaging directly with key industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong media sales expertise, market knowledge, and the ability to influence decision-makers across the region.

Accountabilities:
  • Own business development activities across the LATAM market, identifying opportunities and building relationships with agencies, brands, advertisers, and technology partners.
  • Educate prospective and existing clients on the value of programmatic advertising solutions and new opportunities within the digital out-of-home ecosystem.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and partnership growth.
  • Understand client objectives and recommend tailored solutions that align with business goals and advertising strategies.
  • Create compelling sales presentations, pitches, and proposals that communicate value effectively to different audiences.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with media buyers and industry stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • Support agency-wide agreements and strengthen commercial partnerships across the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between customer needs, product capabilities, and business objectives.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining strong execution in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and relevant market activities across Brazil and LATAM.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience within the media, advertising, ad tech, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of advertising agencies, brand marketing priorities, and the digital media landscape.
  • Proven knowledge of programmatic advertising and/or programmatic digital out-of-home (DOOH) ecosystems.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills with the ability to build persuasive sales narratives.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
  • Self-driven and adaptable, with strong ownership and accountability for business results.
  • Professional fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish proficiency is highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel primarily within Brazil for client meetings, with occasional LATAM travel for industry events and business activities.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first work environment with access to flexible workspace solutions for client meetings and collaboration.
  • Supplemental private health and dental insurance coverage for employees and dependents.
  • Unlimited online mental health support through a dedicated wellness platform for employees and their families.
  • Annual flexible wellness and remote work budget of R$3,000 for home office, wellness, or internet expenses.
  • Paid time off package including statutory vacation days, additional personal days, volunteer days, and professional development days.
  • Childcare assistance through monthly financial support for eligible employees.
  • Parental leave salary support.
  • Training and development opportunities with an annual budget dedicated to professional growth.
  • Inclusive workplace culture that values diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
