This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Manager – Enterprise Sales & Strategic Deals Focus based in Brazil.
This is a high-impact enterprise sales role within a fast-scaling SaaS environment, focused on driving complex, high-value deals and shaping the company’s revenue growth strategy. You will operate at the intersection of hands-on deal execution and strategic sales leadership, owning full-cycle enterprise opportunities while helping refine outbound motions and go-to-market execution. The role requires deep involvement in multi-stakeholder sales cycles, working closely with marketing, product, and revenue leadership. You will also contribute to coaching sales talent and building scalable sales infrastructure as the organization grows. The environment is fast-paced, performance-driven, and highly collaborative, with strong exposure to leadership decision-making and strategic planning. Your work will directly influence revenue expansion and the company’s ability to scale globally.
- Own and close high-value enterprise deals (typically $100K+ ARR), managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to contract execution.
- Drive pipeline generation efforts and contribute actively to outbound strategy and revenue growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
- Coach and support Account Executives through complex deal cycles, improving overall team performance and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales performance metrics using tools such as Salesforce and Gong.io to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Contribute to the development of scalable sales processes, playbooks, and infrastructure to support long-term growth.
- 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership or deal-closing capacity involving enterprise accounts.
- Strong experience managing complex, consultative, multi-touch sales cycles with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales intelligence tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.io.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, influence outcomes, and support team enablement.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close high-value deals.
- Comfortable working aligned with Eastern Time Zone business hours in a remote environment.
- Bonus: Experience selling into marketing, analytics, or data-driven organizations, or building enterprise sales playbooks in early-stage startups.
- Competitive base salary between $3,000 and $3,500 per month plus performance-based commission.
