The Position: We are looking for a QA Trainer to join our team!

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of training experience
Overview:
This position will report to the VP of Operations. This position is responsible for training new hires, scoring employee performance, and continuous training for the department. Below are some key functions and skills for this opportunity:
- Energetic individual with an ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Plan and implement an effective training curriculum
- Develop and deliver all reports as directed to the executive team
- Schedule and maintain regular QA and continuous training sessions
- Meet with department Directors and Managers to identify potential training opportunities across the entire department
- Able to adapt quickly and agreeably with change
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and meet them at their level
