The Product Designer will be responsible for shaping end-to-end user experiences by combining design expertise, customer insights, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role requires ownership of design outcomes, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate user needs into effective product solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and key stakeholders to define and deliver impactful experiences.
- Create end-to-end design solutions, including wireframes, high-fidelity designs, journey maps, and service blueprints.
- Own the user experience vision and advocate for customer outcomes throughout the product development process.
- Facilitate design reviews, critiques, workshops, and collaborative sessions to align teams.
- Use user feedback, research insights, and data to inform design decisions and improve product experiences.
- Develop concepts and solutions that balance user needs, product goals, and technical capabilities.
- Explore and apply AI-powered design tools to experiment with innovative approaches and improve user outcomes.
- Contribute to building accessible, intuitive, and scalable digital experiences across platforms.
The ideal candidate is an experienced product or UX designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create meaningful digital experiences. You should have a user-focused mindset, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to lead design initiatives in a SaaS or technology environment.
- 3+ years of professional experience leading design work for SaaS products or similar digital platforms.
- Strong ability to create complete UX deliverables, from early concepts and workflows to polished visual designs.
- Portfolio demonstrating experience across web and mobile products, including shipped solutions and clear contributions to design decisions.
- Experience incorporating user research findings into product design and collaborating with research and content teams.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction patterns, and product strategy.
- Ability to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and improve overall product experiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity and willingness to explore emerging technologies, including AI-powered design tools.
- Experience in industries such as healthcare, automotive, education, or insurance is considered an asset.
- Professional fluency in English is required; French proficiency may be required for specific positions in Quebec.
