Responsibilities
This role serves as a critical bridge between product development, regulatory implementation, and customer-facing communication for Enlyte’s fee schedule bill review products. The Regulatory Product Operations & Communications Lead will be responsible for ensuring that complex product changes are clearly communicated, properly documented, coordinated and aligned across internal teams and external stakeholders.
This position will also provide operational support in backlog visibility, intake coordination, and cross-departmental prioritization alignment to help ensure that team efforts are focused on the highest-impact work.
Key Responsibilities
Product Communications & Documentation
- Own and manage all customer-facing product communications, including:
- Special Announcement Release notes
- Customer notifications
- Product updates and change summaries
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including:
- End-user guides (e.g., SmartAdvisor BRGs, and Decision Point End Note Handlers Guide )
- Internal reference materials for support and operations teams (e.g. Model Office Implementation support)
- Translate complex regulatory and system changes into clear, accurate, and accessible communication for non-technical audiences
Cross-Functional Alignment & Liaison Support
- Serve as a primary liaison between:
- Product Analysts/Development teams
- Customer support
- Client-facing teams
- Partner with Support and client teams to:
- Clarify product behavior
- Address questions related to functionality and changes
- Ensure consistent messaging across stakeholders
- Participate in client discussions as needed to represent product changes and expectations
Backlog Visibility & Prioritization Support
- Provide oversight and visibility into incoming requests and backlog items
- Assist in reviewing, organizing, and prioritizing work in collaboration with leadership
- Help ensure alignment between:
- Team capacity
- Business priorities
- Customer impact
- Identify gaps, redundancies, or inefficiencies in intake and prioritization processes
Operational Process Improvement
- Establish and maintain structured processes for:
- Product communication workflows
- Intake and request tracking
- Cross-team coordination
- Improve visibility into team workload and output to support leadership decision-making
- Help reduce reactive work by creating more proactive and scalable communication practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of Regulatory Affairs experience
- Strong ability to translate complex, technical, or regulatory concepts into clear communication
- Experience working cross-functionally between product, operations, and client-facing teams
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping define structure where it does not yet exist
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, or regulated medical environments

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $133,100 - $145,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
