Cardel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Care Administrator to support our Client Care team. This role is responsible for providing administrative assistance, maintaining homeowner records, scheduling appointments, and supporting communication between homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Client Care team.
  • Receive and log homeowner inquiries, service requests, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate files, records, and client information within company systems.
  • Assist with scheduling homeowner appointments, inspections, and service visits.
  • Support communication with homeowners, trade partners, and internal departments.
  • Assist with coordinating possession and homeowner orientation activities.
  • Monitor departmental inboxes and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Help maintain performance tracking and reporting metrics for the Client Care team.
  • Contribute to a positive homeowner experience by providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of administrative or customer service experience
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
  • Experience in homebuilding, construction, real estate, or property management is an asset
