Summary/Objective:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of technology transformation initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Program Manager, Technology Transformation, this role is responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned technology projects in alignment with organizational priorities.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on project management experience, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work closely with the Program Manager and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures for assigned technology projects;
- Manage day-to-day project activities including task tracking, milestone management, and issue resolution;
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating to the Program Manager as needed.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines;
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items, and ensure follow-through;
- Provide regular project status updates to the Program Manager and relevant stakeholders.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle;
- Escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner to the Program Manager with recommended solutions;
- Maintain a risk register and ensure mitigation plans are in place and tracked.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters, status reports, meeting notes, and lessons learned;
- Ensure project artifacts are organized, up-to-date, and accessible within established program management tools;
- Adhere to project management standards, tools, and methodologies as defined by the Program Manager.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to the improvement of project management processes, templates, and best practices;
- Participate in post-project reviews and apply lessons learned to future initiatives.
Required Skills, Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP certification desired or actively working toward certification.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology implementation or IT services environments.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
- Experience working within program and portfolio management frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution, clear communication, and on-time delivery of milestones.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, normal core business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.

Compensation Range
The good faith salary compensation for this role based at our headquarters on Long Island is between $160,000 to $175,000.00 CAD annually, commensurate with experience. Plus, annual discretionary bonus.

Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time according to business needs.
The performance of additional responsibilities if you are designated as a Data Protection Champion (DPC), Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) or Information Assurance Accounting Officer (IAAO).
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
