Develop, validate, and maintain reports and dashboards for work and asset management, asset performance, lifecycle, and corrective and preventive maintenance tasks using Oracle Analytics Cloud, Power BI, and related tools.

Contribute to model development, model testing, data validation, and data integrity efforts; perform root cause analysis to address and correct data-related issues across integrated systems.

Document technical and data requirements, extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes, and configuration decisions; collaborate with information technology teams and business users to identify source system tables and fields and validate deliverables.

Support asset management policies and procedures across acquisition, maintenance, and disposal, and assist in the development and implementation of standards, workflows, and configuration changes within the Maximo Application Suite.

Coordinate meetings, calendars, and communications with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders; prepare reports and briefings for work and asset management leadership.

Collaborate with finance, operations, procurement, and engineering teams to advance cross-functional work and asset management initiatives, including tracking assignments, updating tasks, and coordinating with field operations to ensure timely completion of objectives.

Partner with vendors and internal IT on technology and software considerations; advise on adoption and timing of software patches and upgrades; identify and communicate risks with an emphasis on internal control considerations; support investigation and remediation of operational issues.

Develop deliverables within an Agile development activity cycle; perform system analysis, develop use cases, and identify necessary configuration or code changes based on business requirements.
