JOB SUMMARY
The Global Training Lead leads the global CDMO learning, human performance, workforce capability, and organizational effectiveness agenda while serving as the hands-on training leader for the Small Molecules North America site. The role establishes scalable network standards and site programs across onboarding, technical and GMP qualification, early talent, trainer and leadership development, organization effectiveness, competency models, learning systems, and human performance.
Partnering with Operations, Quality, EHS, Human Resources, Engineering, PS&T, Supply Chain, Information Technology, and leaders, the role strengthens critical-task defenses and a fair, learning-oriented culture. Success is reflected in proficiency, sustained qualification, leadership capability, fewer recurring performance-related events, workforce readiness, and contributions to quality, safety, delivery, and retention.

WORKING CONDITIONS
This role is based at an assigned manufacturing site and combines office, classroom, virtual, laboratory, and manufacturing-floor work. Regular interaction with operations across multiple shifts and global time zones is required; occasional early-morning, evening, or weekend support may be necessary. Domestic and international travel is expected, typically up to 25%, with periods of increased travel for major launches, site start-ups, or network initiatives.
This role may involve work in laboratory or manufacturing environments with potential exposure to chemicals or other regulated substances. As a condition of employment, incumbents may be required to participate in employer-provided medical surveillance programs in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and company policy.
