Hours: Vary based on coverage needs potential 2–3 days/week

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented PT Sterilization Tech to support our clinical team.. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment for our patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all OSHA and infection-control protocols in the sterilization process

• Maintain and manage two Central Sterilization (CSR) stations

• Properly turn over operatories between patients (cleaning, disinfecting, restocking)

• Assist with perio charting during hygiene and clinical appointments

• Support with administrative and clinical tasks as needed

• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily workflow

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior dental experience required

• Fast learner with strong attention to detail

• Dependable, punctual, and able to adapt to varying hours

• Comfortable following structured processes and safety protocols

• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
