You will help ensure issues are resolved within expected timeframes while escalating complex situations to senior engineering teams when appropriate.

  • Technical operations: Develop a strong working understanding of novel electro-mechanical hardware systems and their operating processes.

  • Independent execution: Work reliably and independently during assigned afternoon and weekend shifts while following defined procedures and operational standards.

  • Prioritization: Manage multiple alerts or operational tasks simultaneously, prioritizing issues according to urgency and established procedures.

  • Communication: Communicate operational issues, actions, escalations, and outcomes clearly with relevant team members and technical stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

  • Relevant experience: Previous experience in operations, dispatch, customer support, technical support, or a comparable environment.

  • Technical aptitude: Comfortable learning and working with technical systems, dashboards, alerts, and operational monitoring tools.

  • Troubleshooting: Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software systems and applying structured diagnostic procedures.

  • Process discipline: Ability to follow detailed instructions, flowcharts, established procedures, and escalation protocols accurately.

  • Problem-solving: Strong practical problem-solving skills with an emphasis on taking appropriate action and executing solutions.

  • Attention to detail: Highly detail-oriented, particularly when monitoring systems, documenting incidents, and recording troubleshooting activities.

  • Independence: Able to work independently and maintain consistent performance during extended remote shifts.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical or operational information clearly.

  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize competing alerts, and remain focused in a fast-paced operational environment.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to provide shift coverage for team members during vacations, absences, and changing operational needs.

  • Learning agility: Ability and willingness to learn unfamiliar electro-mechanical systems, operating procedures, and technical workflows.

Benefits
  • Compensation: $22–$26 per hour, with pay adjusted based on local market conditions and relevant experience.

  • Equity: Pre-IPO stock options.

  • Benefits: Comprehensive employee benefits package.
