Position Overview: Armed Security Officers are responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, managing access control, patrolling the premises, and responding to incidents. The role includes identifying threats, reporting hazards, and supporting a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform foot and post patrols to deter threats and maintain order
Enforce access protocols and respond to alarms/emergencies
Complete reports and document all significant incidents
Communicate effectively with co-workers and management
De-escalate conflicts and maintain professional conduct in all interactions
Maintain a clean and organized post or vehicle at all times

Qualifications:

Active Armed AZ Guard Card Certification (required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or GED
Strong written, verbal, and observational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
