Job Description
Parking Lot Attendant
As a Parking Lot Attendant, you’ll play an important role in maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming parking environment across the Roosevelt Main Campus. Under the direction of the Security Service Manager, you’ll monitor campus parking areas, promote compliance with parking regulations, and issue citations when violations occur. You’ll also identify and report safety or security concerns and serve as a helpful point of contact for visitors and staff by providing parking assistance, directions, and general information. This position combines attentiveness, customer service, and a commitment to campus safety to help ensure a positive experience for everyone on campus.
Hourly Pay Rate: $16.22 - $23.92
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education or equivalency:

Prefers a High school diploma or GED certificate.
Experience:
-
No prior experience required.
Certification/licensure:
-
Requires possession of, and the ability to retain, a current and valid AZ Driver’s License in good standing.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and golf cart.

Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism, customer service, and enthusiasm.

Must be approachable and people oriented.

Requires the ability to enforce policies in a non-confrontational manner.

Requires the ability to speak English; Spanish-speaking is a plus.
