Job Summary:

As a Store Employee at GFG, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and efficiently handling transactions. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, stocking shelves, managing inventory, and operating the cash register, among other duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner.Assist customers in locating products and answering questions about merchandise.Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Stocking and Merchandising:
Replenish stock on shelves and ensure displays are clean, organized, and properly labeled.Assist in receiving deliveries and verifying the accuracy of shipments.Rotate products as necessary and check for expiration dates to maintain product quality.
Store Maintenance:
Keep the store environment clean and organized by performing regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and organizing shelves.Ensure that the aisles are free of hazards and that all products are neatly arranged.
Teamwork and Collaboration:
Work as part of a team to ensure the store operates smoothly and meets daily operational goals.Assist fellow employees with tasks and support management as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.Moderate lifting or moving up to 30 pounds.Manual dexterity to operate a cash register and handle items.
