Paralegal - Client Services Center in Albany, New York at Harding Mazzotti LLP

Full Time and Part Time shifts available.

Essential Functions:

• Respond to incoming phone calls, initiate outbound follow-up, and address inquiries through live chat and website submissions
• Use the electronic case management system to open new cases and schedule follow-up tasks when necessary
• Conduct meetings with individuals who visit in person to collect essential details for evaluating their eligibility based on the firm's criteria
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned
• To qualify for the Client Services Paralegal position at Harding Mazzotti, LLP in Albany, NY, US, you should have:
