About the Role:
Full-Time | Growth Opportunity
We are seeking a Settlement Paralegal to support our lender clients in real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and experienced in bank closings or lender-side settlement work within New York. If you’ve ever been the calm, collected person at a bank or law firm who makes sure loan packages get closed on time—this is your arena.
The posted pay scale is estimated. The salary is dependent on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

- Manage and coordinate all settlement functions for lender clients related to real estate closings.
- Prepare, review, and organize settlement and closing documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Communicate professionally with lenders, borrowers, attorneys, title companies, and internal colleagues.
- Monitor transaction timelines, ensure compliance with required deadlines, and maintain organized files.
- Assist attorneys with preparation of settlement documentation and post-closing follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets firm and regulatory standards.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple active files.
- Professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain composure, positivity, and sound judgment in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with document management tools, and standard office applications.
- Familiarity with TRID guidelines, escrow procedures, and post-closing workflows.
- Prior work with lenders, title agents, or real estate law firms in New York.
