About the role
We are hiring an Engineering Manager in San Francisco to lead a product engineering team: hiring, coaching, delivery, and partnership with product.
What you will do
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of software engineers
- Run delivery: planning, execution, and predictable releases
- Hire well and set a high bar through structured interviews
- Partner with product and business stakeholders on roadmap
Must have
- 2+ years managing software engineers
- 5+ years of prior hands-on engineering experience
- Track record of growing or retaining a team
Nice to have
- Experience scaling teams in B2B SaaS
