About the Role
Dynamic Integrated Security, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Command Center Operations & Monitoring Coordinator to support daily operations within our 24/7 Command Center.
This position is focused on monitoring systems, coordinating responses, maintaining accurate records, communicating with field personnel, and documenting operational activity. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with computers and multiple information sources, following established procedures, communicating clearly, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
This opportunity may be a strong fit for candidates with backgrounds in administrative support, customer service, dispatch, call center operations, office support, data entry, coordination, monitoring, or other detail-oriented operational environments.
Experience in security is not required when the candidate demonstrates strong transferable administrative, communication, technology, and organizational skills.

Available Shifts
Weekday Shifts
• Evening: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Overnight: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Weekend Shifts
• Saturday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Holiday and overtime availability may be required based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor CCTV, video systems, alarms, access-control platforms, and other Command Center technologies.
• Review multiple sources of information and identify unusual, unauthorized, unsafe, or system-related activity.
• Coordinate and communicate with field personnel when follow-up or response is required.
• Follow established procedures for notifications, escalation, and operational response.
• Maintain clear and professional communication during routine and emergency situations.
• Prepare accurate incident reports, activity logs, and other required documentation.
• Track events and maintain complete records throughout the response process.
• Monitor equipment and camera availability and report technical issues or system interruptions.
• Maintain the confidentiality of video footage, reports, and operational information.
• Follow company procedures, client instructions, escalation guidelines, and established workflows.
• Manage multiple tasks and information sources while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Escalate issues appropriately and ensure relevant information is documented and communicated.

Required Qualifications
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and employment screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic to strong computer proficiency.
• Ability to accurately enter, organize, and document information.
• Ability to prepare clear and accurate written reports and records.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain focused and attentive during extended monitoring periods.
• Ability to work assigned shifts consistently and reliably.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
• Administrative or office support

• CCTV or video monitoring
• Security operations center or command center operations
• Alarm or access-control monitoring

Experience with Genetec, Avigilon, Milestone, Verkada, or similar video management platforms is a plus.

Applicable Florida security licenses or credentials may be required depending on assigned duties.
