Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton™, is currently hiring for a Night Auditor. The Night Auditor plays a key role in ensuring smooth overnight operations and the overall guest experience. This position is responsible for balancing daily financial reports, handling late check-ins and early departures, and providing excellent guest service during overnight hours. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing information about the hotel, rooms, and amenities
- Process all incoming and outgoing reservations and cancellation requests efficiently
- Assist in-house guests with extensions, rebooking’s, and late check-outs
- Make, modify, and cancel reservations via phone, online, and in person
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, payments, and charges
- Complete nightly audit reports, reconcile accounts, and balance daily transactions
- Maintain daily logs and checklists for overnight operations
- Respond promptly to guest requests or issues during overnight hours
- Demonstrate working knowledge of all hotel features, services, and emergency procedures
Qualifications:
- Intermediate accounting and computing skills
- Ability to work independently and stay productive during overnight shifts
- Strong guest service, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with at least one year of experience
- Previous hotel front desk experience preferred
- Experience with PEP preferred
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
