**WANTED** Director of Financial Aid (Min. 4 Yrs. Experience Title IV)

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and student-centered Director of Financial Aid to join our leadership team and play a critical role in helping students fund their education and achieve their career goals.
Position Overview:
The Director of Financial Aid is responsible for leading the campus Financial Aid Department and ensuring the efficient, compliant, and student-focused delivery of financial aid services. This role involves managing all aspects of federal and state financial aid programs, overseeing the Financial Aid team, and maintaining strict adherence to Title IV and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Manage the daily operations of the Financial Aid Office at the campus.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and institutional financial aid policies and regulations.
- Lead, train, and support Financial Aid Advisors to deliver excellent service to current and prospective students.
- Monitor financial aid processing, packaging, awarding, and disbursement to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Work collaboratively with Admissions, Academics, and the Business Office to support student enrollment and retention goals.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and regulatory compliance with assistance from the Corporate Director of Financial Aid.
- Stay up to date on changes to financial aid laws and regulations and ensure campus practices reflect current standards.
- Assist with audits, accreditation visits, and reporting as needed.
Pay depends upon proven experience.

Requirements:- Associate degree in a related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial aid administration.
- Thorough knowledge of federal financial aid regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficiency in financial aid management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
