This role sits at the intersection of post-implementation consulting, customer enablement, and technical problem-solving within a fast-paced enterprise software environment. You will support customers, partners, and internal teams after go-live, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term success of complex financial performance management solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will troubleshoot system issues, optimize configurations, and guide users through best practices in financial consolidation and reporting. The position also involves mentoring peers, leading technical initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement of consulting methodologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, enhance system performance, and support new feature rollouts. This is a highly hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in analytical environments and enjoys solving complex financial and technical challenges remotely.
- Provide post-go-live consulting and support to customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring successful adoption and system performance.
- Troubleshoot complex issues including data discrepancies, consolidation logic, business rules, and financial reporting configurations.
- Design and build reports, dashboards, security models, integrations, and custom workflows based on customer requirements.
- Lead application reviews, technical initiatives, and strategic projects to improve system usage and customer outcomes.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), product enhancements, and new software release validation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Mentor junior consultants, review knowledge base content, and contribute to best practices and training materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, financial systems implementation, or CPM/EPM software environments.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with OneStream or similar financial consolidation platforms.
- Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation processes, and accounting fundamentals (GL, debits/credits, intercompany eliminations).
- Experience with enterprise performance management tools such as OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong overall technical aptitude.
- Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $149,750, based on experience and qualifications.
