Job SummaryWorld Emblem is hiring a Head of Demand Gen & Ecommerce to own two scoreboards under one leader: the Ecommerce P&L across WE.com, Hero’s Pride, and Custom Genie (all on Optimizely), and marketing-sourced pipeline for a direct sales force and distributor channel. This is a build role inside a new agentic marketing organization — the person in this seat directs two AI agent fleets (paid media operations and SEO content) rather than managing a traditional department, and is accountable for revenue, margin, pipeline, and the trust scores of the fleets they run. The role reports to the CEO on an interim basis and to the CRO once seated, with a peer seat on the revenue leadership team.
