Are you a motivated, experienced professional ready to be part of a dynamic Business Development team? Wayne Akers Ford is looking for a full-time BDC Representative to help drive customer engagement and grow our company base.

About the Role:

This is a 40-hour per week, onsite position. Availability on Saturdays is required, with one Sunday shift per month.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Persuasively connect with customers to set appointments and build lasting relationships
• Utilize CRM software to track and nurture leads
• Exhibit strong computer and phone communication skills
• Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams
• Bring experience in automotive sales, service, or call center environments

Requirements:

• Prior Customer Service or Call Center experience
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
