The Senior Recruiter will play a critical role in scaling a fast-growing technology organization by attracting and closing exceptional talent across technical and business functions.
This position owns the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate engagement to interview coordination and offer management.
The role combines strategic partnership with hiring managers, data-driven recruiting practices, and innovative use of AI-powered tools.

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across technical and business teams while partnering closely with leadership and hiring managers. This role focuses on building efficient recruiting operations, improving hiring processes, leveraging AI responsibly, and maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate engagement, and closing for technical and business roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and establish objective candidate evaluation criteria.
- Lead structured interview processes and facilitate hiring debriefs to support effective, unbiased decision-making.
- Coach interviewers on structured interviewing practices, scorecard development, and reducing unconscious bias throughout the hiring process.
- Guide candidates through the recruitment journey by setting clear expectations and ensuring a positive experience.
- Use AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows, including sourcing research, candidate communications, interview frameworks, and evaluation resources.
- Review and validate AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, quality, appropriate context, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Incorporate AI fluency assessments into candidate evaluation processes to understand adaptability and technology adoption.
- Manage applicant tracking system processes, maintain accurate candidate records, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights to support talent strategy and workforce planning.
- Maintain recruiting documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow improvements to support team scalability.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, ensuring quality standards, effective partnerships, and strong candidate alignment.
- Support onboarding and knowledge transfer for future recruiting team members as the organization grows.
The ideal candidate has strong full-cycle recruiting experience within technology-driven environments and demonstrates the ability to manage multiple searches while building trusted relationships with stakeholders. The successful candidate combines recruiting expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology organizations.
- Proven experience recruiting across both technical functions (Engineering, Product, Implementation) and business functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources).
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and advising leaders on talent strategy and selection processes.
- Strong understanding of structured interviewing, candidate evaluation, and inclusive hiring practices.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics tools.
- Ability to leverage AI tools effectively while applying critical thinking and human judgment to outputs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fully remote environment.
- Experience managing external recruiting partners or agencies is a plus.
- Competitive annual salary range of $120,000–$132,000 USD.
