Full Time Floating Maintenance Technician in St. Peters, Missouri at MLP Multi-Family

MLP Management, LLC, a well-established, regional property management company is seeking a Full-Time Floating Maintenance Technician for Aventura at Mid Rivers and Aventura at Richmond.

Some examples of the Maintenance Technician job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community
• Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Execute preventative maintenance programs
• Complete make readies in a detailed and timely manner including painting
• Maintain proper level of inventory and order maintenance supplies as needed
• Adhere to and comply with company safety policies and rules

Maintenance Technician qualifications:

• 3-5 years maintenance experience (at least 3 in multi-family industry) required
• EPA Certification is required, Type I & II
• Make-ready and painting experience required
• Class A maintenance experience preferred
• CPO Certification is preferred
• Yardi experience preferred
• Must be available to be on-call as required
• Current and valid driver's license and auto insurance required
