Job Description
Technical Support Spec I, IT Network Security
Technical Support Specialist I is to oversee and maintain computer hardware and software systems. Specialist aids in resolving technical issues concerning client’s daily operation or software infrastructure. A Technical Support Specialist I will also support computer software integration by diagnosing and troubleshooting common problems.
- Perform minor maintenance and repair to Information Technology Services equipment
- Replace cartridges, paper and other consumables as needed on printers
- Provide troubleshooting solutions for computer or operating system issues that affect daily activities
- Install, monitor, and uninstall PCs/Printers/Scanners/Mobile/Peripherals/etc
- Hospital rounding
- Media support
- Work request/orders
- Reporting
