As an LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by delivering personalized nursing care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and helping create a safe, comfortable, and caring community.

What You'll Do

βœ… Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory requirements.

βœ… Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident responses.

βœ… Observe, assess, and report changes in resident conditions to the RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, and healthcare providers.

βœ… Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

βœ… Support resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.

βœ… Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, therapists, and physicians to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.

βœ… Foster a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members.

βœ… Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company policies and standards.

QualificationsEducation
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
Experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience required.
  • Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
Licensure & Certifications
  • Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Current CPR certification.
