• Produce a high volume of accurate, engaging, and conversion-focused copy across email, paid media, digital banners, and localized retail and store-opening initiatives.

• Write engaging email subject lines, body copy, calls-to-action, promotional messaging, headlines, signage, and campaign collateral.

• Adapt copy to different audiences, platforms, brand voices, creative guidelines, and campaign objectives.

• Manage multiple projects and fast-turnaround requests while maintaining strong creative standards and attention to detail.

• Review, revise, and refine copy efficiently based on feedback from senior creative leads, performance insights, and changing campaign requirements.

• Collaborate closely with designers and art directors to ensure copy and visual assets work together cohesively.

• Proofread and edit deliverables to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, consistency, and alignment with briefs.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh creative angles that go beyond standard execution.

• Help develop narrative foundations and storytelling frameworks for upcoming conceptual campaigns.

• Embrace new formats, tools, AI-driven workflows, and creative processes while contributing to a culture of continuous experimentation and improvement.

• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience in an agency, in-house, startup, or comparable creative environment.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience across multiple digital channels, particularly email marketing, paid media, and localized promotional content.

• Proven ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous projects while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.

• Excellent copywriting, editing, proofreading, grammar, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Strong understanding of adapting tone, messaging, and storytelling to different audiences, platforms, and brand identities.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with designers, strategists, project managers, and creative leadership.

• Strong communication skills and an openness to receiving, incorporating, and acting on creative feedback.

• A growth mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, market trends, and evolving creative requirements.

• Experience in retail or e-commerce, including store launches, physical signage, or commerce campaigns, is an asset.

• Interest in or experience with AI-powered creative tools and modern workflows is an asset.

• Competitive annual salary of $75,000–$80,000 CAD.
